Ease is able to provide advice surgeries to customers on the Work Programme covering Finance, Benefit and Debt issues as well as Housing issues.

fINANCE BENEFITS AND dEBT ADVICE

  1. Personal budgeting and money management.

  2. Understanding problems of coping on a limited budget.

  3. Understanding the advantages of effective shopping.

  4. Understanding bank accounts and how they work.

  5. Understanding the information provided by statement, receipts and pay slips.

  6. Recognising personal requirements for budgeting and planning.

HOUSING ADVICE

  1. Options open to people with accommodation issues including securing permanent accommodation and dealing with homelessness.

  2. Key elements of financial support relative to accommodation issues including the processes involved, benefit calculations both in and out of work and various appeals procedures.

All of the above advice is delivered by our staff, who are NOCN Level 2 qualified to deliver these specialist services.
