Quality Mark

Our Quality Management System (QMS), modelled on the requirements of Matrix, strives to consistently deliver programmes and services that exceed customer expectations.

To demonstrate our commitment to this challenge our QMS incorporates the standards of our partnership agencies and external accreditation bodies:

  1. We work within the Common Inspection Framework as defined by OFSTED to ensure that all customers and learners who access our service receive the best possible service.
  2. We are accredited to the Matrix Quality Standard and Investors in People which focus on all of our service delivery areas and employment practices.
  3. We hold Jobcentre Plus and Skills Funding Agency approved provider status. This demonstrates a proactive approach to all our service delivery areas ensuring they are continually developed in-line with changing customer, partnership and funding bodies standards.
  4. We work to Financial Reporting Standards which focus on the financial aspects of our services.

Provider Assurance Team review (PAT)

Ease is pleased to announce that they have been awarded 'Reasonable' Assurance following a recent PAT review. The purpose of the review was to provide the employement group delivery director with the assurance that the payments made to DWP contracted employement programme providers are in accordance with DFWP and Treasury requirements that public funds and data are protected and that value for money has been obtained.

The scope of the review covered the following key risk areas:

The Control Environment

    Value for Money
    Claims and Payments
    Data Security
We received positive feedback on the number of areas of strenght which included that Ease has

"comprehensive governmence, compliance and quality checks including evidence and feedback and implementation of agreed actions through the strong management structure" and that Ease "consistently applied effective procedures to ensure participiants received individual support with comprehensive records of progress available".
Whilst this is a great achievement, plans are already underway to ensure that we improve on this visit and build the lessons learned into our continuous improvement cycle.

Our Quality Improvement Officers internally inspect on a regular basis each area of our business to ensure compliance to the appropriate Quality Standard and the terms of our contract. Internal audits allow us to identify and act upon strengths and areas for improvement in our continued effort to improve the quality of our services and achieve our vision of providing total customer satisfaction by being the best in design, delivery and service.
