As an organisation we pride ourselves on seeking innovative solutions to engage with our customer groups and our aim is to increase customer and employer engagement by operating a quality service.
Ease works with mainstream, marginalised and disadvantaged individuals who wish to access the labour market. These people may have varied barriers to employment including low employability skills, accommodation problems, criminality, drug and alcohol misuse, debt, benefit dependency, disability, long term unemployment, those recently made redundant and returners to the labour market. We provide these customers with specialised, individually tailored support to enable them to access opportunities for training, learning, skills development and entry into sustainable employment.
Ease work continuously to secure and maintain effective working relationships with a network of partner organisations, at both operational and strategic level. These partnerships enable us to provide customers with access to appropriate support agencies.
